A relatively healthy desert held together by you ability to merge the ingredients into something that will, well, hold together.



  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml milk
  • 80 gr floor
  • 100 gr sugar
  • Butter for the cake dish
  • Vanilla or rhum for taste
  • Your favourite fruit (traditionally cherries)


Butter the plate.

Add washed fruit.

Mix eggs with sugar, then flour, then milk, then rhum.

Add no top of fruit and put in oven a 160-180oC. Actual cooking time depends on the amount of water in the fruits.

Halfway through baking, add 10-20 gr of sugar on top.
