Fish fingers

The healthy alternative to fish fingers, as long as people eat it.

Ingredients

  • 800 gr frozen fish, cut in parallelograms
  • Dry parsley
  • Grated lemon and its juice
  • 100 gr bread crumbs
  • 70 gr almond crumbs
  • olive oil
  • salt, pepper

Preparation

Multiprocess both crumbs with lemon bits, parley, salt and pepper.

Oil the fish, and add salt and pepper.

Pass through crumbs so they stick on both sides and place in oven dish on oven paper.

Bake around 5 min each side.

Pray your kids will eat them instead of the ready made frozen ones.

They go well with steamed vegetables.
